The appellant, Lance Cobble, pleaded guilty to, and was convicted of, burglary in the third degree, a violation of § 13A-7-7, Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment in the state penitentiary.

The appellant's only contention on appeal is that he was denied his constitutional right to counsel. Specifically, he argues that the trial court erred in finding that he knowingly waived his right to trial counsel. We find...
