PREGERSON, Circuit Judge:

Virgil R. Fultz appeals his conviction for possessing an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861. He argues that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress part of the stock and part of the barrel of a shotgun.
