After being fired for failing a random drug test, Robert O. Moore was disqualified from state unemployment benefits by the Louisiana Department of Labor, Office of Employment Security ("OES"). Moore appealed this decision to an Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") for the OES and following a hearing, the disqualification was reversed. CEG Welding Supply, Inc.
