Scotty Alan Ladd appeals from his conviction and sentence for attempted interference with custody. He contends that the state failed to present sufficient evidence to support his conviction and that the trial court erred when it instructed the jury on the offense of attempted interference with custody as a lesser offense of the crime charged.
