Jeani Wallace appeals from an adverse summary judgment. Wallace filed suit against Eva Mae Collins, Executrix of the Estate of Howard Glenn Collins, to recover a legacy, compel the filing of an inventory, require an accounting and distribution, and remove Collins as independent executrix.
