By a bill of information, appellant, Troy Chess, and Kerri Martin were charged with distribution of crack cocaine, to which Chess entered a plea of not guilty. Following a combined preliminary hearing and hearing on the motion to suppress the evidence, the district court found probable cause and denied the motion to suppress.
