(Summit) and its principals, Roger White and Tom Wiedeman, to recover on a promissory note to which the parties agreed in January 1993. As Summit was defunct, it appears Marek's chief claim was that White and Wiedeman were personally liable for the amounts due because they had signed the note in their individual capacities...
