HUSPENI, Judge.

Respondent attorney brought an action against appellant client for unpaid attorney fees. Appellant countersued, alleging that respondent's interest charges were usurious and that he had breached his fiduciary duty to her. Both parties moved for summary judgment; appellant now challenges the summary judgment granted to respondent. Because we see no issue of material fact and conclude there was no error of law in granting respondent...
