Appellant, Markett Maurice Warfield ("Warfield"), appeals the trial court's judgment sentencing him to life imprisonment for capital murder. In six points of error, Warfield complains the trial court erred by: (1) failing to define murder and capital murder as felonies in the jury charge; (2) denying Warfield's motion to suppress a witness's identification and admitting the photos from the pretrial identification...
