After Dorothy P. Allen ("Allen") died, her son, Walter T. Allen, Jr., claimed a right of survivorship in a certificate of deposit ("CD"). Appellees, Arthur Wachtendorf1 and Patsy Hickey Barlow,2 contended that no right of survivorship existed in the CD.
