On August 22, 1995, Kory Biami entered a plea of guilty to the first count of a multi-count indictment. The count charged Biami with conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The remaining counts in the indictment were dismissed.
