OPINION

MURPHY, Chief Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial court's denial of appellants' motion for summary judgment. In a single point of error, appellants argue the trial court erred in denying their motion for summary judgment based on qualified immunity. Because we feel the appellants failed to meet their burden of proof for summary judgment under City of Lancaster v. Chambers, 883 S.W.2d 650
