Wade Lopez sued the State of Louisiana, through the Louisiana Health Care Authority, University Medical Center, and Jane Doe for an injury to his forehead which he sustained when the Medical Center's door opened in his direction. At the close of the plaintiff's presentation of evidence, the trial court granted the defendants' Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, dismissing plaintiff's claims with prejudice. Plaintiff appeals.
