¶ 1 Kathe Campbell (Kathe) was initially treated by Dr. Charles R. Canty(Dr. Canty) after she was severely bitten by a donkey. Kathe and her husband, Ken, (collectively referred to as "the Campbells") filed a complaint against Dr. Canty alleging negligence in his care and treatment of Kathe.
