West, 61 Ark.App. 60, 962 S.W.2d 840 (1998), wherein the court construed Ark.Code Ann. § 9-10-113 (Repl.1993), Arkansas's statutory law which sets out certain precepts that a court must consider before it awards custody of an illegitimate child.
