Defendant, Monty Lee Price, pled guilty to one count of vehicular homicide (a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:32.1), two counts of first degree vehicular negligent injury (violations of LSA-R.S. 14:39.2) and one count of vehicular negligent injury (a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:39.1).
