Laws 80, 80 (amended 1993) (current version at Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.021(a)(1)(B)(i), (2)(B) (Vernon Supp. 1998)). Wilson pled true to two prior felony theft convictions alleged to enhance him to the level of an habitual offender. The court sentenced him to imprisonment...
