TAFT, Justice.

Appellee has filed a motion for rehearing in this case. We deny the motion, but withdraw our previous opinion and issue this one in its stead. Appellants, Jesse Carter and Jesse Thomas, had an auto accident with Allstate's insured. Appellants sued Allstate for failure to honor alleged oral settlement agreements. We determine whether the Statute of Frauds applies to preclude enforcement of an oral presuit settlement...
