Appellant, Scott Peter Zenanko, was convicted by a Crow Wing County jury of the first-degree premeditated murder of Michael Barhorst; the first-degree intentional murder while committing burglary of Thomas Barhorst; the attempted first-degree murder of Cindy Shepard; and first-degree burglary.
