Capital City Mortgage Corporation and its president and sole shareholder, Thomas K. Nash (collectively "Capital City"), appeal a jury's verdict that they defrauded Marcia Chedick. Ms. Chedick, in turn, contests the district court's decision to bar some of her testimony supporting punitive damages. Both parties contend that the district court committed error in computing compensatory damages for fraudulent misrepresentation. We affirm the judgment...
