NORRIS, Judge.

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") appeals a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Martha Fowler, who was injured in a Wal-Mart store. We affirm.

I.

In January 1995, Fowler and her friend Lou Dunlap went inside a Wal-Mart store located in Shreveport. While at the check out line, Ms. Dunlap noticed that packaged merchandise loaded on a pallet jack1 was shifting weight...
