This appeal is the second one between the parties. See Southwestern Glass Co. v. Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corp., 325 Ark. 378, 925 S.W.2d 164 (1996). In Southwestern Glass I, we held that Arkansas Oklahoma Gas (AOG) failed to show how Southwestern Glass's proposed pipeline to be constructed in Ft.
