PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7). We reverse and remand.

On September 12, 1995, plaintiff was riding his bicycle on a paved bicycle path that runs parallel and adjacent to Lakeshore Drive in defendant Grand Haven Charter Township when the front tire of his bike struck a hole in the path, causing him to fall to the pavement.
