AKA Distributing Company appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment dismissing breach of contract, fraud, constructive fraud, and negligent misrepresentation claims against Whirlpool Corporation. We conclude the contract claim is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code and time-barred, the fraud claim is barred by Minnesota's economic loss doctrine, and the constructive fraud and negligent misrepresentation...
