Barton Hepburn Hospital after it was alleged that she euthanized a patient under her care (see, Matter of LaDuke v Hepburn Med. Ctr., 239 A.D.2d 750, lv denied 91 N.Y.2d 802). Plaintiff thereafter commenced a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 seeking review of the hospital's determination...
