Antares Corporation ("Antares") appeals from the order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of J.R. Waymire Company ("J.R.Waymire"), a real estate agent, on its action against Antares for a sales commission for sale of property owned by Antares. Antares raises two points of trial court error.
