Appellant, Village Market, Inc., a grocery-store operator in Fort Smith, suffered damage to compressors in one of its freezer racks. It incurred repair and replacement expenses, and claimed a loss on a business policy issued by appellee, State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm denied the claim, and Village Market initiated an action in circuit court to recover damages under the policy as well as the statutory penalty. State Farm moved for summary...
