In this tort action, Joseph Biagas seeks to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained when he slipped and fell on a sidewalk located in Eunice, Louisiana. The matter was tried with the City of Eunice as the lone defendant. Although finding the sidewalk in question was defective, the trial court concluded it did not present an unreasonable risk of harm.
