This is a patent and trade dress infringement case, in which the defendant, Neogen Corporation, has filed a motion to dismiss on the ground of lack of personal jurisdiction. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). Defendant, a foreign corporation, asserts that the requirements for personal jurisdiction have not been met by virtue of a single sale of its product in the forum state, which was orchestrated by the plaintiff, IDEXX Laboratories...
