In this dissolution of marriage case, the trial court found that neither G.M.A., Jr (Father) nor R.J.A. (Mother) are was "fit, suitable or able to be custodian of" their minor child L.L.S.A. (Daughter). Additionally, the trial court denied the paternal grandparents' (Intervenors') request for custody of Daughter. Thereon, the trial court added the Stone County Division of Family Service (DFS) as a third party...
