Plaintiff, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), brought this action against defendants, Bomareto Enterprises Inc. and Hofbrau Enterprises Inc., seeking unpaid minimum wages, penalty wages, declaratory relief and injunctive relief on behalf of dancers who performed at defendants' places of business.
