SCHROEDER, Justice.

This is an action by the trustor of a deed of trust to set aside a trustee's sale on the basis that the trustee had wrongfully refused to accept the trustor's offer to cure the default on a note securing the deed of trust. The trustor also asserted a claim of breach of fiduciary duty and negligence against the trustee, a breach of contract claim against the escrow agent, and a claim that the parties who purchased the property at the trustee's sale...
