EDMONDS, Judge.

Defendant appeals from an order revoking his Multnomah County deferred sentencing program (DSP). He was charged with assault in the fourth degree, ORS 163.160(1), and harassment, ORS 166.065(2). Pursuant to plea negotiations, he pled guilty to the assault charge, and the count of harassment was dismissed.
