Sergio Payan was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, to wit cocaine, I.C. § 37-2732B(a)(2)(A), and principal to trafficking in a controlled substance, to wit marijuana, I.C. §§ 18- 204 and 37-2732B(a)(1)(B).1 A jury trial was held and Payan was found guilty on both counts.
