Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 50, we have reconsidered our prior opinion upon the appellant's petition for discretionary review. Our opinion of November 20,1997 is withdrawn and the following is substituted. We withdrew our original opinion in order to address two new issues raised by question one in Appellant Mark Shane Anthony's petition...
