STATEMENT OF THE CASE:

Harold Campbell, a/k/a Charles Campbell, was charged by grand jury indictment with aggravated rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42. He was arraigned, waived reading of the indictment, entered a plea of not guilty and orally filed motions to suppress the confession, identification and evidence. The motion to suppress was denied.
