Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks (Central Bank) appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of First Marine Insurance Company (First Marine). Central Bank, mortgagee of a 1979 Bayliner Eagle Runabout boat, sought to recover as a loss payee named in an insurance policy issued by First Marine to Allen and Judy Faulconer that insured the boat against loss from casualty. Finding that Allen Faulconer misrepresented the status of his son as an owner...
