Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks (Central Bank) appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of First Marine Insurance Company (First Marine). Central Bank, mortgagee of a 1979 Bayliner Eagle Runabout boat, sought to recover as a loss payee named in an insurance policy issued by First Marine to Allen and Judy Faulconer that insured the boat against loss from casualty.
