Plaintiffs, Aubrey LeCompte and Melissa Foor LeCompte, individually and on behalf of their minor daughter, Rochelle LeCompte, appeal from a judgment dismissing their medical malpractice claim against defendants, the Department of Health and Human Resources, a Division of the State of Louisiana; South Louisiana Medical Center; and Dr. Eric Hayes. We affirm.
