PER CURIAM.

On December 18, 1975, defendant was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder, M.C.L. § 750.316; M.S.A. § 28.548. He was sentenced on January 22, 1976, to life imprisonment. He now appeals by leave granted from an order denying his motion for a new trial. We affirm.
