This case was first heard in 1995. See Vanice v. Oehm, 247 Neb. 298, 526 N.W.2d 648 (1995). At that time, appellant herein, Kaer P. Vanice III, had filed an action to foreclose on a mortgage, and Gary L. Oehm and Leslie Oehm (appellees) demurred.
