OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant, Daryl Schultz (Schultz), appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees, Farm Credit Services of Mid-America and William Risner, Jr. (collectively, FCS).

We affirm.
