This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the appellees, Doss Aviation, Inc. (Doss) and Harold Krimsky (Krimsky). Douglas Welch, appellant, filed a wrongful termination action and a slander action against his employer, Doss, after being terminated in August, 1995.
