This case involves the right of redemption following a foreclosure sale. Appellants Lewis Edward Dellinger, Jr., and Bette Sue Dellinger defaulted in payment of debts secured by a residential mortgage. Following the foreclosure sale to appellee Real Estate Central, Inc.
