HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellant-plaintiff David L. Vakos appeals the trial court's decision granting appellees-defendants Travelers Insurance, Crawford & Company, Conservco, and Sharon Smith's (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Appellees") contemporaneous motion to dismiss.
