Following his conviction for driving while intoxicated, third offense, a violation of La. R.S. 14:98, the defendant, John Inzina, Jr., was sentenced to serve five years imprisonment at hard labor. Three years of the sentence were suspended and the remaining two years were ordered to be served without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant was ordered to serve five years supervised probation...
