Tanya Robertson, individually and on behalf of her minor son, Brendan Colby Bernard, appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Dr. Robert Muller, dismissing her medical malpractice petition against him, with prejudice. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
