OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

Durand P. Norwood appeals a take-nothing summary judgment granted for Litwin Engineers & Constructors, Inc. Norwood alleged that Litwin fired him because he was disabled by diabetes, in violation of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act1 (TCHRA). We reverse and remand.
