CARAWAY, Judge.

In this action for breach of fiduciary duties, the two defendants acquired stock in a closely held corporation from the succession of Anthony Scurria. One of the defendants was a co-administrator of the succession and both were officers and directors of the corporation. Finding that the price received by the succession was far below the market value of the stock, we determine that the defendants/ fiduciaries breached their duties to the succession...
