Defendant Michael Foreman ("Foreman") moves for an order granting the following relief: (1) suppression of the physical evidence seized from Foreman's vehicle at or after his arrest on December 10, 1996; (2) suppression of all statements made by Foreman to any law enforcement personnel after his arrest on December 10, 1996.
