This case is again before us on remand from the supreme court.

BACKGROUND

In August 1992, the State charged defendant Danny Rivera by an information with count I, aggravated robbery; count II, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person; and count III, failure to respond to an officer's signal to stop.
